3. Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
If the order is not yet packed for shipment, you can cancel the order in your account order details. After the order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact time for refund depends on your payment method.
If an order has been packaged for shipment, the order has been processed and the package cannot be returned, therefore the order cannot be cancelled. If a return is required, we will contact the courier company to intercept the delivery, but the resulting courier costs will be fully borne by the customer.

If a return is requested due to a product quality issue with a Motorcycle Rearview Mirror, shipping costs will be the responsibility of MIRROR BOUTIQUE, LLC.(Man-made, externally damaged products are not accepted Returns). If there is no product quality issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
MIRROR BOUTIQUE, LLC will not charge you to relist items.
5.What if the product is damaged in transit?
We are sorry that you did not receive the complete Motorcycle Rearview Mirror. Please send your unboxing video and proof of purchase to [email protected] and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
